Istria Cafe is serious about good coffee.  Serving good coffee means buying the best beans around; it also means doing those beans justice with a proper brew technique.  This is why Istria Cafe makes coffee one cup at a time.  With our new Pour-Over Brew Bar, we measure our ingredients to the cup, and grind and brew to order.  We have three blends and two single-origin options which rotate according to the global harvest.  You come in, pick your coffee, and we'll make it to order.  People have been surprised at the meticulous attention that we put into one little cup of coffee – but then they try it, and they're glad we did.  This is coffee that comes out lucid, clean, and bursting with the unique flavor of the unique bean.  That's the way coffee is meant to be.
