Q: What is the difference between "ordinary coffee" and the coffee I get from Istria Café?

A: At Istria Café, the only beans we use have been treated with care every step of their journey to your cup, from the coffee tree to your lips. Our award winning, Chicago based roaster selects the finest green beans, and roast to order to insure that only the freshest coffee reaches you. "Ordinary coffee" tends to be comprised of the least-expensive beans, resulting in inferior, less flavorful coffee.

Q: Why don't you sell flavored coffee?

A: We prefer to add a flavor shot to brewed coffee so that you control the intensity of flavor that you taste. Additionally, with our variety of premium Fee Brothers flavored syrups, you have a wide selection of flavors to choose from.
